Kingsoon Optoelectronics Welcomes the 2025 Cohort of Fresh Graduates, Embarking Together on a Brilliant New Chapter

In this season brimming with hope and vitality, Kingsoon Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. has welcomed a group of energetic fresh graduates from the Class of 2025. Carrying their aspirations for the future and professional expertise, they have stepped into Kingsoon, infusing the company with fresh vitality and creativity. To help the new employees smoothly integrate into the company and quickly adapt to their positions, we carefully prepared a series of rich and thoughtful onboarding activities.

Fresh Graduate Onboarding

On their very first day, the new employees received a welcome gift package thoughtfully prepared by the company, a gesture full of heartfelt care that instantly bridged the distance between everyone.

Beyond material preparations, the company also paved a “fast track of understanding” with even greater attention: from the company’s “growth story,” including its development history and organizational structure, to “practical guides” on daily office procedures and benefits, everything was clearly presented through systematic introductions. These meticulous arrangements not only gave the new employees a comprehensive understanding of the company in the shortest possible time but also allowed them to deeply feel the company’s ever-present care and warmth, injecting comforting reassurance as they embarked on their new career journey.

 

Specialized Training

Following this, the new employees engaged in a three-day specialized onboarding training program. This “career foundation-building course” was structured around four core modules—the company’s development strategy, corporate culture, process technology and workflow, and production safety knowledge—and was packed with substantial content.

Studying the company strategy allowed new employees to clearly understand the company’s direction and their own positioning, serving like a career “compass.” An in-depth appreciation of the corporate culture was transformed into behavioral principles and value orientation. The production safety training further reinforced a protective “wall” for the workplace, safeguarding their ability to perform their duties with peace of mind.

The process technology exchange segment was particularly impressive: senior experts shared industry frontiers and Kingsoon’s innovative achievements, with vivid case studies stimulating the new employees’ deep understanding of the field and further igniting their desire for exploration and passion for innovation, making them eager to dive into practice.

To give the new employees a more intuitive sense of the company’s business operations, the company specially arranged on-site visits to key departments. In the production workshop, the new employees witnessed firsthand the entire production process of quaternary LED chips and high-efficiency gallium arsenide solar cell epitaxial wafers. The advanced production equipment, rigorous process flow, and the focused work attitude of their colleagues all left a deep impression. In the R&D center, the new employees felt the strong scientific research atmosphere and learned about the company’s sustained investment in technology research and development along with its numerous achievements. This gave them a more tangible appreciation of the company’s technical strength and filled them with confidence about their future work at Kingsoon.

 

Mentorship Ceremony

Among the onboarding activities, the one with the greatest sense of ceremony was undoubtedly the mentorship ceremony. The company carefully selected experienced and highly skilled mentors for each new employee—all of whom are business backbones from various departments.

At the solemn mentorship ceremony, new employees were paired one-on-one with their mentors and jointly signed a mentorship agreement. This agreement represents not only a commitment but also a legacy. It clearly defines the mentor’s guiding responsibilities throughout the new employee’s growth process, from imparting professional skills to cultivating professional ethics, with mentors pledging to share all they know.

The tea-offering segment at the ceremony brought the atmosphere to a climax. The new employees, holding cups of fragrant tea, respectfully offered them to their mentors. This cup of tea embodied the new employees’ respect and gratitude toward their mentors and also symbolized the formal establishment of the mentor-apprentice bond.

Finally, all attendees shared a large cake symbolizing unity and blessings together. Amid joyful laughter, the new employees truly became part of the Kingsoon Optoelectronics family.

The arrival of the 2025 fresh graduates has brought new vitality and energy to Kingsoon Optoelectronics. Through this series of meticulously planned onboarding activities, the new employees have quickly integrated into the company and are brimming with enthusiasm and anticipation for their future work.
