With the announcement of the Phase III competition results, the Chip Department’s 2025 “Martial Arts Tournament” series officially came to a close in June.
As the concluding battle of a three-month, three-phase campaign, this skills competition feast, centered on the theme of “refining skills and jointly building development,” has accumulated experience, pooled talent, and injected powerful momentum into the company’s growth.
From focusing on single-process breakthroughs, to cross-process collaborative optimization, and ultimately to system-wide capability consolidation, the three-phase competition progressed layer by layer.

After multiple rounds of rigorous evaluation, the final winners list was officially announced. In the team category, several teams won honors for their outstanding performance. On June 17, the teams and individuals who achieved exceptional results in this competition were given a grand commendation along with cash awards as recognition and encouragement.
“The conclusion of the ‘Martial Arts Tournament’ is not an end, but a new starting point for transforming the outcomes of skills competitions into the core driving force of the company’s development.” The Chip Department has now established a closed-loop development model of “competition – optimization – consolidation – empowerment.”

From operational innovations on the production front line to process reengineering in the management system, the collective leap in employee skills is being transformed into the core competitiveness that solidifies the company’s development foundation. Going forward, the Chip Department will use this event as a cornerstone, continuing to delve into technological innovation and talent cultivation, and contributing hard-core strength to the company’s breakthroughs in the semiconductor field.
