On this journey filled with both challenges and opportunities, a group of outstanding employees, teams, and departments stood out. With remarkable professionalism, a strong sense of commitment, and excellent teamwork, they have made exceptional contributions to the company’s growth.

On January 22, 2025, Kaixun Optoelectronics grandly held its 2024 Annual Commendation Conference. Representatives from all departments and outstanding employees gathered together to witness this glorious moment.

The conference opened with speeches by Deputy General Managers Zhang Guoqing and Cai Jianjiu. They expressed heartfelt gratitude to all employees for their hard work and encouraged everyone to devote themselves to their work in the coming year with even greater passion and high morale, contributing to the realization of the company’s ambitious blueprint.

The exciting awards ceremony followed. Sixty employees were honored with the title of “Outstanding Employee” for their excellent work performance, professional competence, and strong sense of responsibility. Eighteen teams received the “Outstanding Team” award in recognition of their efficient teamwork, outstanding task execution, and positive team atmosphere.

The Facilities Department, Epitaxy Department, and R&D Department actively explored innovative working methods, continuously improved work efficiency and quality, and delivered excellent results in project innovation, team building, and internal management. They were awarded the title of “Outstanding Department.”

At the end of the conference, Executive Deputy General Manager Pan Bin delivered the closing speech.
