The Employee Representative Assembly and General Election Meeting of the Labor Union Committee of Nanchang KINGSOON Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was successfully held on January 16, 2025, in the conference room of the company's research building. The purpose of this meeting was to review the labor union's work over the past year, elect a new leadership team, and inject fresh vitality and momentum into the union's work.

At the beginning of the meeting, Yan Haixia, member of the Labor Union Funds Review Committee, presented a detailed report on the union's financial status for 2024 to the attending representatives. The report presented clear data on all income and expenditure items, demonstrating the rational use and standardized management of union funds, thereby providing strong financial support for the smooth conduct of union activities. Subsequently, Labor Union Chairperson Jiang Shuang delivered the 2024 annual work report. She comprehensively reviewed the union's work and achievements over the past year in areas such as safeguarding employee rights and interests, enhancing skills training, enriching cultural life, and promoting the harmonious development of the company. She also objectively pointed out shortcomings in the work and put forward a vision for the future direction of the labor union's work.

Then, the voting process for the election officially began. The assembly strictly adhered to relevant provisions of the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China and the Constitution of the Chinese Trade Unions, upholding the principles of fairness, justice, and openness, and organized the representatives to cast their votes by secret ballot. The representatives earnestly fulfilled their duties, carefully filled out their ballots, and cast their solemn and sacred votes. Under the strict supervision and meticulous tabulation of the ballot inspectors and vote counters, the election results were finally announced.

The meeting elected 7 members of the Labor Union Committee, 3 members of the Funds Review Committee, and 3 members of the Female Employees Committee. Comrade Jiang Shuang was elected as a member and Chairperson of the Labor Union Committee; Comrades Qu Qianfeng, Wu Hongqing, Wu Chunshou, He Qing, Liu Liquan, and Wan Danyang were elected as members of the Labor Union Committee.

Comrade Wu Hongqing was elected as a member and Director of the Funds Review Committee; Comrades Yan Haixia and Wan Danyang were elected as members of the Funds Review Committee.

Comrade He Qing was elected as a member and Director of the Female Employees Committee; Comrades Du Weiwei and Zhu Lurong were elected as members of the Female Employees Committee.

Thanks to the high recognition and firm support of the broad workforce, Comrade Jiang Shuang was successfully re-elected as Chairperson of the Labor Union. In her subsequent remarks, she first expressed heartfelt gratitude for the trust and support of the representatives, and stated that she would continue to uphold the union's purpose and mission, serving with even greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic work style, striving to deliver tangible benefits and solve problems for employees, continuously improving the union's service standards and work quality, and uniting and leading all employees to make greater contributions to the development of the company. At the same time, she set forth specific requirements and expectations for the new Labor Union Committee, hoping that everyone would work together with one heart to create a new situation in the union's work.

The smooth completion of the labor union election is not only a vivid practice of democratic procedures, but also a powerful testament to the active participation of all employees in corporate governance. Through their votes, employees chose the "spokespersons" who represent their own interests.
