September 10, 2022 marks the 38th Teacher’s Day in China. To express gratitude for the dedication of the company’s internal trainers, the Human Resources Department prepared greeting cards and exclusive gift packs for 20 internal trainers on the afternoon of September 8, and extended heartfelt thanks.

Internal Trainer Team

The company’s first team of internal trainers was established in 2021, covering topics such as Mini‑LED processes, epitaxial processes, LED knowledge, financial knowledge, fire protection systems, and other workplace‑related subjects. The internal trainers imparted knowledge and answered questions in their respective professional fields, sharing work experience and insights, effectively promoting knowledge sharing and dissemination within the company, and helping employees improve their technical skills and professional capabilities. According to incomplete statistics, as of July this year, internal trainers had delivered approximately 1,600 training sessions, totaling about 310 hours.

A thriving enterprise must value its teachers and respect their role. On the training stage, they are learned instructors; off the stage, they are dedicated contributors to the company’s development. Going forward, the company will further improve its internal talent development system, broaden the platforms on which internal trainers can shine, and attract more outstanding colleagues to join the internal trainer team through planned empowerment activities and incentive programs. Together, they will pass on knowledge and experience, enjoy the joy of teaching while improving themselves, and empower their teams.

We hope that all internal trainers will continue to uphold the spirit of “mentorship and craftsmanship,” persistently develop and share high‑quality courses, support talent development, and contribute even more to the company’s cultural heritage, experience accumulation, and talent growth.
