To evaluate and enhance the professional capabilities of production line team leaders, shift leaders, and production engineers in the Chip Department, a skills competition was held on August 5, focusing on station managers, shift leaders, and production engineers on the front line. The competition tested participants’ fundamental knowledge through job-related essential know-how, and assessed their problem‑solving approaches using case studies based on real‑life work scenarios.

After intense competition, Team C won first place with an absolute advantage, scoring a total of 122 points. Team D followed closely in second place, while Team A and Team B secured third and fourth place respectively. Four outstanding performers were also selected: Wu Jian, Luo Feichang, Qu Xuedong, and Ge Qiushi.
By organizing skills competitions, we promote learning, practice, and instruction through competition, enabling employees to develop strong capabilities, master solid skills, enhance their theoretical knowledge, and drive high‑quality production in the department.
