To comprehensively assess the technical skills and practical operation capabilities of personnel, motivate employees to improve their professional competencies, foster a positive atmosphere of “comparing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing,” and achieve the goal of continuous individual improvement, the Epitaxy Department Equipment Team organized a “Arsenic Filter Assembly” skills competition.

V. Competition Rules:
The competition was primarily hands-on. Each team consisted of two members competing in relevant skills. Comprehensive scores were determined based on completion time and correctness of operational procedures to decide the final rankings.
Each judge scored the participants according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document. The total score for each team = average score from the judges (maximum 70 points) + time-based score (maximum 30 points).
The top four teams with the highest total scores received awards according to their rankings.
VI. Competition Results:
As the saying goes, “A gentleman strives continuously for self-improvement.” Only by believing in oneself and striving hard can one achieve victory. Winning or losing is never the end, for the process is more beautiful, and friendship is even more worth cherishing.
“On-the-Job Training and Skills Showcase” – The Epitaxy Department’s first skills competition of 2022 concluded successfully. Through this competition, a positive competitive atmosphere was fostered among employees. Their skills, operational proficiency, and work efficiency were greatly improved, achieving the goals of the competition while also boosting employee motivation.
