Comprehensive skills were put to the test as production line workers showcased their talents. In order to rapidly improve operational proficiency, strengthen team cohesion, motivate employees to enhance their capabilities, and boost work enthusiasm and dedication, a skills competition was specially organized on May 19, 2022.

Director Jiang Shuang (Trade Union Chairperson), Manager Cao, Manager Wu, Supervisor Chen, Supervisor Liu, and Supervisor Zhan attended the event as guests.

The competition consisted of two modules: a knowledge quiz and hands-on operations. A total of four teams participated, with each team covering seven stations including evaporation, yellow light, cleaning, and etching. This not only promoted cross-station interaction and integration among employees but also tested their mastery of essential knowledge and specialized equipment at each station, as well as the standardization of their operating procedures. The competition was held over four rounds, with scores tallied for each round. The team with the highest total score after four rounds was awarded first place. In addition, each team selected one best performer through internal voting.

After intense competition, Team Hello C stood out as the champion, followed by Team A (second place), Team D (third place), and Team B (fourth place). One best performer emerged from each team: Dong Wenhua, Zhao Xin, Zhang Yiming, and Zhou Yanxia.

At the conclusion of the event, Director Jiang and Manager Wu delivered summary remarks, expressing the hope that the spirit of harmony, unity, and enthusiasm fostered by the competition could be carried into daily work. They also noted that various competitions targeting different positions would be organized in the future.
