To enhance staff quality awareness, strengthen team cohesion, motivate employees to improve their capabilities, and boost work enthusiasm and dedication, the Chip Department skills competition was held as scheduled on July 4, 2022, with strong support from the company's trade union.

The event was judged by Jiang Shuang (Trade Union Chairperson), along with Production Manager Wu, Supervisor Zhan, Supervisor Chen, Supervisor Liu from the Chip Department, and Process Engineer Liu Gong.

The competition consisted of two parts: a knowledge quiz and hands-on operations. A total of four teams participated, with each team covering five stations: evaporation, yellow light, cleaning, etching, thinning, and dot testing. Each member demonstrated their relevant skills.

The "Promoting Learning, Practice, and Instruction Through Competition" Chip Department Industrial Worker Skills Competition concluded successfully. It is hoped that all participants will take this competition as a new starting point, excel in their own roles, dedicate themselves to continuous improvement, and steadily raise their skill levels. Through their example and guidance, they will help and inspire more colleagues to enhance their technical capabilities, making new and greater contributions to accelerating the development of a highly skilled workforce with excellent expertise and craftsmanship.
