As the golden autumn of September ushers in the harvest, Kingsoon Optoelectronics also celebrates its annual special occasion – the “Kingsoon Internal Trainer Day.”

In this September of harvest and gratitude, to express our deepest respect for the quiet dedication of the company’s internal trainers, on the afternoon of September 10, Kingsoon Optoelectronics, together with the company’s labor union, meticulously prepared customized greeting cards and exclusive gift packages for 44 internal trainers deeply engaged on the front lines. Every token of appreciation carries heartfelt thanks and blessings for these “teachers.”

Looking back to 2021, Kingsoon Optoelectronics officially established its first cohort of internal trainers, building a solid “knowledge bridge” for the company’s talent development ever since. Their teaching areas span the core of the company’s growth – from the precise analysis of Mini LED processes and the in-depth deconstruction of epitaxial technology, to the systematic popularization of specialized LED knowledge, and further to the practical empowerment of financial thinking and the hardcore instruction of fire safety. Every course is closely aligned with workplace demands, and every sharing session is rooted in hands-on experience.

On the podium, they are “guides” who impart knowledge and resolve doubts, using their expertise to clear confusion and their experience to illuminate new ideas. Off the podium, they are “doers” rooted in their positions, fulfilling their duties with craftsmanship and supporting development with passion. It is precisely this commitment to a “dual identity” that enables knowledge to flow efficiently within the enterprise, allows skills to continuously improve through mentoring and guidance, and brings about a qualitative leap in the technical expertise and professional capabilities of every employee.

As of the end of August this year, the internal trainer team has cumulatively completed approximately 4,250 trainee sessions, with total training hours exceeding 1,000. Behind these figures lie countless days and nights of course refinement by the 44 trainers, their wholehearted sharing at the expense of their own rest time, and a vivid interpretation of the corporate spirit of “honoring teachers and valuing mentorship.” This “Kingsoon Internal Trainer Day” event is not only the company’s solemn response to their dedication, but also a vigorous promotion of the training spirit of “knowledge inheritance and craftsmanship transmission” – it allows us to see clearly that the glimmer of a teacher’s light can converge into a galaxy driving corporate development, and the power of knowledge can fortify the cornerstone of talent growth.

With hearts set on a direction, we press forward step by step.
