Recently, the first phase of the Chip Department’s 2025 “Martial Arts Tournament” Skills Competition came to a successful close. As the opening round of a three-month series, this one-month competition unleashed a wave of innovation and enterprising spirit across the department. Teams and individual employees actively participated, drawing on their refined skills and determined work ethic, injecting strong momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
The competition was closely aligned with the Chip Department’s core KPI indicators, covering all production links and focusing on three key objectives:
Optimize production processes and boost efficiency to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Respond rapidly to market demands and sharpen the company’s competitive edge.
Build a platform for employees to exchange skills, ignite personal growth, and drive an overall leap in the department’s capabilities.
The competition offered a rich variety of events, setting challenges tailored to different chip process stations, such as shortening production cycle times, reducing product breakage rates, cutting energy consumption, and achieving cost savings and efficiency gains. Throughout the competition, team members and individuals engaged in intense contests around these projects, constantly pushing beyond their limits with solid professional knowledge, extensive hands-on experience, and a spirit of innovation.

After rigorous evaluation, multiple teams and individuals distinguished themselves among the many participants, posting outstanding results. On April 18, the teams and individuals who achieved remarkable results in this competition received a grand commendation along with cash awards as recognition and encouragement.
