Year after year, spring blossoms give way to autumn fruits; season after season, the fragrance of peaches and plums fills the air. In this golden September, brimming with the joy of harvest, KINGSOON Optoelectronics celebrates its annual “KINGSOON Internal Trainer Day.”

To express gratitude for the dedicated efforts of the company’s internal trainers, on the afternoon of September 8, the company and its labor union prepared greeting cards and exclusive gift packages for our 34 internal trainers, along with messages of thanks and best wishes.

The company’s first team of internal trainers was established in 2021, covering training topics such as Mini LED processes, epitaxial processes, LED knowledge, financial knowledge, fire protection systems and other workplace-related subjects. Within their respective areas of expertise, the internal trainers impart knowledge, resolve doubts, and share work experience and insights, effectively promoting the sharing and dissemination of knowledge within the company and helping employees enhance their technical skills and professional capabilities.

As of the end of August this year, the internal trainers have delivered training to a cumulative total of approximately 2,767 person-times, with a total duration of about 542 hours.

For an enterprise to thrive, it must honor teachers and value mentors. On the podium, they are knowledgeable teachers; off the podium, they are also dedicated members quietly contributing to the company’s development. This Teachers’ Day activity not only demonstrates the company’s respect and appreciation for its internal trainers, but also promotes the spirit of training, reminding us always of the power of knowledge and the importance of imparting it.

We hope that all internal trainers will continue to uphold the “heart of a teacher and the spirit of craftsmanship,” keep developing and sharing quality courses, support talent cultivation, and contribute even more to the company’s cultural heritage, experience accumulation and talent development.
