At the Microscopic Inspection Station of Nanchang Kingsoon Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., there is a young group of women who live by the work principle of "execution" with high standards and strict requirements. Some of them have just entered the workforce, some are newly married, and some are new mothers. They devote themselves to their families and children while building harmonious households, and at the same time work diligently, study hard, and master their professional skills. With their seemingly delicate shoulders, they shoulder the dual responsibilities of family and work.

Microscopic inspection may seem simple, but it is far from it—no error can be tolerated. It is the final step in the chip R&D and production process. The main responsibilities of this station are: under a microscope, using a vacuum tweezer to remove chips with外观 defects, then conducting CCD counting of the products, and attaching labels containing photoelectric performance parameters, product specifications, and other information. The products are then handed over to the Finished Products Team of the Production Management Department for warehousing and shipment.
