2022 Hangjia Talk Aurora Award

In the third quarter of 2022, Hangjia Talk Display launched the "Display Hangjia Aurora Award" selection campaign, aiming to recognize outstanding products, cases, and enterprises in the LED display field for the year 2022. After several months of intense evaluation, the Aurora Award ceremony was grandly held in Shenzhen on the evening of November 18, where the winners of various 2022 Hangjia Talk Aurora Awards were announced. Kingsoon Optoelectronics was invited to attend and received the "Top 10 Revenue in RGB and MiniLED Chips" award.

This award recognizes leading enterprises in the LED display industry supply chain that have excelled in revenue, mass production, or manufacturing, representing the top ten role models of the year.

2022 GGII Golden Globe Award

From November 24 to 25, the 2022 GGII LED Annual Conference and Awards Ceremony took place in Shenzhen. Hundreds of guests from upstream, midstream, and downstream enterprises in the LED industry chain gathered to celebrate the occasion.

Kingsoon was invited to join industry leaders and elites from chip, packaging, display, equipment materials, IC power supply companies, as well as panel, TV, and consumer electronics manufacturers. Together, they conducted in‑depth discussions on supply chain, market development, and technological innovation in the display industry during this new era, exploring broader market spaces and application scenarios for small‑pitch displays, Mini direct‑view displays, and Mini backlights.

For over a decade, the GGII Golden Globe Award has served as a barometer of technological innovation and brand influence. Valuing reputation as a measure of worth, seizing opportunities through innovation, and winning markets with quality, the award has become a consensus driving the LED industry forward.

More than 100 enterprises participated in this year’s Golden Globe Award selection. Those that were shortlisted are all pillars of industry development.

In this widely recognized GGII Golden Globe Award selection, Kingsoon Optoelectronics won the "2022 Most Investment Value Enterprise" award.

Founded in 2015 with a registered capital of RMB 364 million, Kingsoon Optoelectronics is primarily engaged in high‑efficiency gallium arsenide (GaAs) solar cell epitaxial wafers and chips, as well as quaternary red and yellow LED epitaxial wafers and chips.

The company is a strategic supplier of photovoltaic power sources for the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC), providing more than 50% of the solar cell epitaxial wafers used in China’s satellite and spacecraft models. Key applications include the Chang’e‑4 lunar probe, Tianwen‑1 Mars probe, and the Manned Spacecraft Test Vessel. Among these, the 34% efficient solar cell products used in the Manned Spacecraft Test Vessel currently represent the highest practical photoelectric conversion efficiency for spacecraft in the world.
