On February 6, the inaugural meeting and the First Staff Representative Conference of the Trade Union of Nanchang Kingsoon Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was grandly held. Minister Xu and Minister Cao from the Nanchang Federation of Trade Unions, along with company leaders including General Manager Zhang Yinqiao, Deputy General Manager Pan Bin, Deputy General Manager Yi Yiren, Director of the General Management Office Jiang Shuang, and over 60 staff representatives attended the meeting.
The conference opened solemnly with the national anthem of the People's Republic of China. The meeting introduced the six candidates for the Trade Union Committee. All staff representatives present elected five committee members through a secret ballot and competitive election.
The newly elected Trade Union Chairperson, Jiang Shuang, delivered a speech, pledging to faithfully implement the directives from the higher-level trade union, diligently carry out all trade union work, and make every effort to assist and resolve difficulties faced by the employees.
Deputy General Manager Pan Bin, speaking on behalf of the company, extended congratulations on the establishment of the trade union and the election of its committee members. He affirmed the achievements made since the company's founding and expressed the hope that the trade union would earnestly fulfill its duties.
Minister Xu from the Nanchang Federation of Trade Unions pointed out in his speech that the trade union serves as a crucial bridge and纽带 linking the organization and employees, and is an important entity for safeguarding employees' legitimate rights and interests. He introduced six key benefits of joining the trade union:
Minister Xu also encouraged the trade union to strengthen standardized operations, improve employees' working and living conditions, enhance their skills, organize labor competitions, and foster a sense of ownership and pride among staff, thereby jointly promoting corporate development and regional economic progress.
The conference concluded successfully with the sound of "The Internationale."
