To enrich the cultural, sports, and recreational life of employees, and to strengthen team collaboration and company cohesion, a three-day basketball friendship match was held on the company basketball court from September 20 to 23 and on September 24.
All departments of the company actively responded and organized teams to participate in the competition. There were a total of 10 teams in this match—8 men's teams and 2 women's teams—each with its own team name, such as Lightning Team, Spring Beast Team, Blazing Flame Team, Fire Extinguisher Team, Little Cannon Team, Giant Team, Whatever Team, Nameless Team, Dream Team, and Flying Eagle Team. The referees strictly upheld the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, taking every game seriously, with each team competing in a group-based points system.
On the court, every player was full of passion and fighting spirit. Although they were close colleagues off the court, on the court they competed fiercely against one another, never letting go of any scoring opportunity. The atmosphere was exceptionally lively, with cheers and shouts constantly elevating the excitement of the basketball games. During the matches, the intense rebounding, agile dribbling, deft passing, and beautiful shooting not only showcased professional basketball skills but also drew applause and screams from the audience. Even when trailing in score, the players demonstrated a tenacious and determined sportsmanship, still contesting every possession and never giving up. The highlight of this competition was the players' full display of the competitive spirit of Kingsoon employees—giving their all on the court, expressing themselves, and showing a team spirit of striving for first place worthy of emulation by all colleagues present.
After three days of intense competition, the men's division concluded with Lightning Team as champions, Blazing Flame Team as runners-up, and Whatever Team in third place. Individual awards were also presented to players who performed exceptionally well on the court: Su Wencai won the MVP award, and Wu Hongqing won both the Scoring Champion and Best Defensive Player awards. Meanwhile, the women proved themselves no less capable than the men, with the women's Dream Team as champions and Flying Eagle Team as runners-up.
Held in the spirit of "friendship first, competition second," this match allowed employees to relax and unwind amidst intense work, and to feel the strength and warmth of the collective. It not only enhanced communication and understanding between departments but also strengthened employees' awareness of physical exercise and team cooperation, fostering a corporate atmosphere of confidence, positivity, youthful vitality, and the courage to strive hard for the company's development.
