In the lush and vibrant month of March, it was the perfect time for a spring outing. On March 30 and March 31, the company organized employees to take part in a one-day tour to Huayuan Valley and a one-day tour to Tongyuan Gorge respectively. The aim was to let everyone relax and unwind amid the spring season, escape from the pressures of work, and connect closely with nature, thereby igniting enthusiasm for both work and life.

The company’s administrative office made preparations and arrangements in advance. Everyone gathered at the company in the morning, and after an hour’s drive, we arrived at our destinations. Huayuan Valley, located on the western side of Poyang Lake, is a famous man-made lake in Jiujiang. The surroundings of Huayuan Valley are extraordinarily beautiful, with winding paths and the lake embraced by rolling hills, where birds sing and flowers exude fragrance—like a poetic painting. The residents around Huayuan Valley are warm and simple-hearted, living a content and leisurely life, making the scenic area feel as tranquil and harmonious as a secluded paradise—an ideal place for people to relax and relieve stress.

Tongyuan Gorge Scenic Area is both a national scenic area and a national forest park, situated at the foot of the beautiful Xiaofeng Peak in Wangcheng Town, Xinjian District, beside Xiaojia Village. The scenic area covers 8.6 square kilometers, including the 2-square-kilometer Xingfu Lake and the 5-kilometer-long Tongyuan Gorge, which spans an area of 4.6 square kilometers. The scenic area is only 2 kilometers from the Wanli urban area, 12 kilometers from Nanchang West Railway Station, and 25 kilometers from Changbei International Airport. The tourism resources of Tongyuan Gorge can be vividly described as “six clusters and one lake.” The six clusters refer to the groups of water-powered trip-hammers, waterfalls, ancient tombs, terraced fields, elephant-shaped rocks, and vultures. The one lake is the glistening Xingfu Lake. Tongyuan Gorge is a place of genuine mountains, genuine waters, and genuine stories. The Chinese idioms “Xiao Shi and Nong Yu,” “Dragon and Phoenix Bringing Prosperity,” “Luan and Phoenix Singing in Harmony,” and “A Talented Son-in-Law Riding a Dragon” all originate from here.

Beneath the bright sunshine, we strolled slowly along the paths. During the leisurely journey, we quietly admired the surrounding beautiful scenery and experienced the shifting visuals. The forest cabins hidden within the dense woods instantly transported us into a fairy-tale world. A small wooden bridge meandered to an octagonal pavilion, where leaning on the railing, one could watch lotus flowers and listen to the babbling stream, with flowing water and white clouds reflecting each other. Walking through this “natural oxygen bar” and breathing in the essence of nature, everyone felt deeply relaxed. The abundant negative oxygen ions can effectively promote metabolism and enhance the body’s immune system.

At noon, we gathered for a picnic. Amid the delicious food, everyone exchanged feelings and chatted with one another. After enjoying the tasty treats, employees wandered in small groups to visit various scenic spots, gradually leaving behind the concrete buildings and immersing themselves in nature’s embrace of birdsong, floral scents, verdant mountains, and clear waters. While savoring the beautiful natural scenery, everyone also took photos as mementos, which enhanced mutual affection and created a harmonious and warm collective atmosphere.

In the early evening, the employees boarded the bus and returned to the company together. Although a bit tired after a joyful day-long trip, everyone felt refreshed in spirit. This spring outing allowed us to relax both body and mind, relieving the stresses of work and daily life. It showcased the youthful vitality of our team and strengthened the bonds between colleagues. In this spring of hope, we are full of passion, ready to set sail and advance together with the company!
