On February 4, the day of Lichun (the Start of Spring), as winter fades, spring returns, and all things come back to life, at this beautiful moment of bidding farewell to the old and ushering in the new, Nanchang Kingsoon Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. grandly held its 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference. The event traced the footprints of a year’s hard work, witnessed moments of honor and glory, and gathered monumental strength for the new journey of 2026.

“Though the road is long, perseverance will take you there; though the task is difficult, determination will make it happen.” Over the past year, all Kingsoon people have overcome obstacles with unwavering commitment. Every breakthrough bears the mark of growth, and every ounce of persistence has converged into the powerful driving force behind the company’s steady advancement. This conference served not only as a tribute to past achievements but also as a rallying call for the journey ahead.

At the start of the conference, General Manager Pan Bin delivered an address, conducting a precise review and comprehensive summary of the work in 2025, and systematically planning and strategically deploying future development directions, filling all employees with confidence and bright anticipation for the company’s future.

Next, the conference moved into the exciting commendation segment. In 2025, the company officially launched its first QCC (Quality Control Circle) initiative, embarking on a new journey of improvement with full participation and quality at its core. All departments responded actively and spontaneously formed multiple QCC teams, analyzing problems from the root, formulating actionable countermeasures, and solidifying outstanding practical results into standardized processes, allowing the fruits of quality improvement to take root and flourish.

The second half of the annual awards ceremony followed consecutively. The conference recognized, in order: 12 Best Newcomers, 31 Operation Experts, 8 Quality Pace-setters, 4 Improvement Pioneers, 1 Improvement Pioneer Team, 10 Service Stars, 6 Technology Stars, 3 Marketing Stars, 2 Management Stars, as well as 7 Outstanding Teams and 3 Teams with Outstanding Contributions. Award-winning representatives took the stage to share their thoughts and feelings, celebrating the honors and sharing the joy together.
