Recently, Kingsoon Optoelectronics and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kaijie Semiconductor, were granted two national invention patents. The patents are “An Infrared LED Epitaxial Wafer for Remote Controls and Preparation Method Thereof (ZL202511086639.0)” and “An LED Epitaxial Wafer for Improving Luminous Efficacy Maintenance Rate and Preparation Method Thereof (ZL202511005805.X)”, further consolidating the company’s technological leadership in the high-end LED display and lighting fields.
As a national-level specialized and sophisticated “Little Giant” enterprise, Kingsoon Optoelectronics has always regarded R&D as the core driving force of its development. To date, the company has obtained over one hundred patents, including more than eighty invention patents. The two patents granted this time focus on optimizing the performance of infrared remote controls and enhancing the luminous efficacy maintenance capability of LEDs. They can be widely applied in high-end home appliances, automotive lighting, stage lighting, and high-end display screens, delivering more stable performance and superior visual experiences to end products.
